The loader will not open — what first?

Follow the Team Fortress 2 setup forum thread for the current load order. If status is Updating, wait. If a clear build fails, include your order ID in Discord.

Menu opened once then never again?

Do not spam launch. Restart Team Fortress 2, confirm antivirus exclusions, re-check status, then try one clean load. If it still fails, contact Discord support with your order ID.

Which platform is supported?

Windows PC only. Team Fortress 2 on console is not supported.

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital after checkout on tf2cheat.com. Use only that loader link. Third-party mirrors are unsupported.
